B usiness Analyst

Business analysts are skilled at working with end-users to determine what their needs are. Our business analysts have technical experience which is useful in determining if a user's requests are feasible. They are responsible for drilling down in to each business requirement to ensure that what is being asked for is actually what is needed. Sometimes a user thinks a particular feature is needed when in fact it isn't. Similarly, a user may assume that a particular feature will be included when it hasn't been specified anywhere.

It is also the business analysts role to translate what the user is asking for into a technical form that the software architects and engineers can understand.

P roject Managers

Our project managers are facilitators. We think the ideal project manager does whatever it takes to ensure that the members of the software project team can do their work. This means working with management to ensure they provide the resources and support required as well as dealing with team issues that are negatively impacting a team's productivity.

On small projects, the project manager will likely deal directly with all members of the software development team. On larger projects, there is often a lead developer or a lead analyst that report directly to the project manager.

S oftware Developers

In an event that your organization requires a custom software to be developed in order to fulfill the needs of your operations, our software developers work closely with business analysts and project managers to successfully design and implement such applications.

W eb Developers

Our web developers are responsible for programming the functionality of a web site. So while a business analyst is tasked with determining what a web site should do, the web developer figures out how it is going to do it and then writes the necessary programming code. Much of this programming code is behind the scenes and not visible to the user. However, a web developer may also be responsible for the code that the user sees. This is the HTML/DHTML and Javascript that make up most of the web pages you interact with in your web browser.
